For years, Mark Shapiro has been one of southern California's premier guitarist's. He currently performs
with The San Diego Symphony Orchestra, Legendary Jazz group Fattburger, and with his own ensembles.
He has performed and recorded with Marvin Hamlish, Bill Conti, Billy Eckstine, David Foster, Wynona Judd, Herbie Hancock, Hubert L

He has performed and recorded with Marvin Hamlish, Bill Conti, Billy Eckstine, David Foster, Wynona Judd, Herbie Hancock, Hubert Laws, Jeff Lorber, Chris Botti, John Robinson and Michael Feinstein to name just a few.
As a session guitarist, Mark has played Broadway shows such as Lion King, Chicago, Avenue Q. Memphis, and Legally Blonde. He has played, written and produced for KPBS, Nissan, American Airlines, Sony, NCR and AT&T.
Mark has recently served on The Board Of Directors for The San Diego Musician's Union.
Originally from Cleveland Ohio, Mark is a graduate of The University of Cincinnati. He has lived in
Los Angeles and New York City and now resides on the West Coast where he is actively
performing, teaching and recording. Mark is currently available for live engagements.
